Not receiving notifications for completed registration

    Goedemiddag,

    Wij hebben jotform gekoppeld aan onze website voor een inschrijfformulier, echter krijgen wij niet alle mails binnen van de inschrijvingen. Nieuwe kandidaten vullen de inschrijving via de website in en krijgen van jotform een bevestiging dat de inschrijving is voldaan alleen missen wij vaak inschrijvingen die door de kandidaat wel zijn gedaan

    Kunnen jullie aangeven waar deze fout in zit?

    Hi Birgit,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. We had an issue reported about delayed notification and autoresponder because of spam monitoring services owned by the data team. It was confirmed to have been fixed. I did some tests on my end and I received the notification and autoresponder.  Affected emails will be delivered in the next 30 minutes. Kindly wait for it and refresh your email inbox.
