    Graag annuleer ik mijn abonnement binnen de 30 dagen na betaling en ontvang ik graag het volledige bedrag terug op mijn rekening.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and can confirm that your Silver Monthly subscription has now ended. Please keep in mind that we can only issue a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of your payment, as stated in our Terms of Use, which you can review. If you were referring to a different account, please provide the account username or email address so that we can look into it for you. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
