Stel een limiet in op het aantal inzendingen op het formulier

Ik maak een inschrijvingsformulier met max. 50 deelnemers. Als de lijst vol staat krijgen nieuwe inschrijvingen hiervan bericht. “Sorry de lijst staat reeds vol”. Is er een mogelijkheid om inschrijvingen toe te laten op een reservelijst, moest er van die 50 deelnemers iemand afzeggen?

Now, I'll help you with your question. As a workaround, use the submissions counter widget and use conditional logic to set up an autoresponder email that is only sent if the submission counter widget value exceeds 50. Let me walk you through it:

1. Click on the Add Form Element button on the left side.
2. Under the Widgets tab, look for the Submission Counter widget and add it to your form.

Next, create an autoresponder email:

1.  In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2.  In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on + Add an Email.
4.  Next, select Autoresponder Email.
5.  Customize the options the way you want ( You can enter something like "Sorry the list is already full") and you’re done. 

Finally, set the conditions:

1.  In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2.  Click on the Condition on the left side of the screen.
3.  Click on the Add new condition.
4. Click on Change the email recipient.
