How to turn off notifications and autoresponder emails?

    Zojuist zie ik dat klanten een mail krijgen v vanuit jotform dat het formulier juist is ingevuld. Mail met het onderwerp:


    We have received your response for Get a free quote


    waar kan ik dit uitzetten? Krijg het niet zo gevonden.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. It seems that there's an autoresponder set up on your form, that's why the customer's receive a email about the form they completed. Are you referring to the form 231832429439057? If so, I was checking the email logs and was able to confirm that a notification was sent out. But if I check the form there's no notification or autoresponder set out. Did you recently update the form? 

    If you don't want to receive any notification or autoresponder, just make sure to delete it from the form. I can show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the left side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the notification setting.
    • To delete the Autoresponder Field, click the Trash Can icon on the left side of the field.
