Embedded Form is not showing on Mobile view

And I see now that on mobile this form is not shown: https://www.kreatievekringwestervoort.nl/index.php/inschrijfformulier. Has that something to do with the signature?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. We suggest trying to embed your form using the Iframe code. You can check out this guide about Getting Your Form's iFrame Code.

Thanks with an iframe it seems to work. Strange because the other 2 forms do work on mobile with the normal code.

Thanks for getting back to us. I am glad to hear that switching to iFrame Code works. Embedding the form using the iFrame Code is the most common method of embedding the form into a webpage because it has less potential of having an error because the data are being pulled from the source frame by frame.
