Samen werken aan zelfde formulier

Beste ik overweeg om mijn RMA stroom via Jotforms in te gaan richten.
de bedoeling is dat ik via JotApp klanten een verzoek tot retourname laat indienen.
door gebruik te maken van Jot Aprovals moet de binnendienst deze aanvraag goed keuren of afwijzen. Wanneer hij wordt goedgekeurd voert de binnendienst aan het formulier een RMAnummer toe en een code wat er moet gebeuren door het magazijn zodra het retour eenmaal ontvangen is. Het magazijn heeft dan vervolgens in het formulier aan dat de status ontvangen is en vult een aantal vragen in en maakt foto van product. Deze geeft vervolgens ook aan of het is afgekeurd of in voorraad kan worden genomen.
deze verschillende statussen moeten door de binnendienst gemonitord kunnen worden.
mis wat ik voor ogen heb mogelijk. Dus verschillende afdelingen werken aan zelfde formulier maar pas nadat de voorgaande stap is afgewerkt/ goed gekeurd.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can achieve this using the edit submission link added to the email sent to every person that will check the status of the submission so that they can also check the added information by the approver.

You can add a specific field in the form that only the approver can fill out and see using the Get form page URL widget. Using the widget you can hide fields from the user and only show them to the approver. Then, you can add the checker as your table's collaborator so that they can check the status of the submission and the note added by the approver to their specified field.
