Certain required fields missing from submissions

Hallo,

Ik heb erg mijn best gedaan om een survey in elkaar te zetten, maar helaas komt een deel van de antwoorden niet binnen als mensen ze invullen. Hoe komt dit?

Daarnaast staan ze ook in een wisselend volgorde aangegeven. wat ik ook niet helemaal snap.

As for your question, do you mean some of the fields are empty when you receive someone's submission? I checked your form 232164449764059 and it is currently set up to skip some of the fields based on the answer in your form, so it's normal for some fields to get a blank result.

I'll switch to English. I'm aware of the fact that I designed the form to skip some fields/questions. However, eventhough questions are answered by the responders, the answers still don't end up in my results. even when i fill out the form myself, the answers still don't show in the results.

Is this a common problem?

Following ID's are filled in surveys of which i'm sure the were completely filled in.

an example is when people fill in the question: Welke techniek wordt/worden gebruikt voor de toepassing van neurolytische plexus coeliacus- of splanchnicusblokkade?

When answered with 'transdiscaal' several questions regarding this answer are added and the are skipped if the answer does not include 'transdiscaal'. for some reason al of these dont show up in the results, even though it's required to answer them.

Apologies for the delay. I've gotten this ticket today, as I'm part of our EU team. So I've been able to check this a bit closer than my colleagues have. So I've been trying to replicate the issue by following the answers of 5679147209818723060 and 5679062519817378470 in my cloned version of the form. But just following the answers of those submissions, I'm presented with required fields that I cannot submit the form without filling in. But as you describe the issue as happening after all the fields have been filled in, and then not being saved, I filled in all the fields. But by doing that, all the data I do fill in is saved in the submissions I've done so far.

Are any of the missing answers in the two mentioned submissions from fields that do become hidden by conditions at some point? Just in case they're being cleared by the setting Clear Hidden Field Values, since it's currently set to clear hidden fields when the form is submitted.

You can access this setting using these steps:

1. Open the form's Form Builder.

2. Head over to Settings.

3. And at the bottom of the Form Settings there should be a button for Show More Options.

4. Further down we'll now find the Clear Hidden Field Values, which we can set to Don't clear.

Would you be able to do a test submission on your form again after making this change? And if any fields are still losing data upon submission, please share the Submission ID, and which field lost data so that I can try to replicate it from my side.
