Can users view completed forms afterwards?

    Hi,

    Hartelijke groet,

    Hanneke

    Hi Paulien,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your question, do you want your form fillers to view their submissions? If so, we have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use to share your Tables page with others. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.

    2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

    • Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
    • Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

    3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

Additionally, you can also try checking the Assign Forms feature. Makes it easier for your assignees to access the forms they need to complete. They can also see and edit their submission in their own SentBox but your assignees require to have a Jotform account.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Shirized, thanks for your quick answer. This is not exactly what I'm looking for, because I'll embed the forms on my website. Is there any possibility submitters can see their answers to the form if the form is embedden (and not assigned)?

    Hi Paulien,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we don't have a direct feature that allows users to go back to their form and view their answers but you can add an Edit Submission action button on your Thank You page that allows your users to go back to the form, please take note that the main purpose of this button is to allow the users to go back to the form and edit their answers/submission but it can allow them to go back to the form. I can walk you through setting that up:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Go to the Thank You Page tab.
    3. Click the Action Button.
    4. Select the Edit Submission option.
    5. Enter a button name then click Create.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Shirized, thanks again for your answer. This could be helpful, but we would like to track the progress of people taking a course. We'll give them the same survey at the start and at the end of the course. So it's really important that people who follow the course cannot edit their answers because they mark a point in their progress.

I'll think it's not possible what I want, unfortunately.

    Kind regards, Paulien
