Hoe kan ik in orde brengen dat mijn klanten die inschrijven via mijn Jotform inschrijfformulier een bevestigingsmail ontvangen. Momenteel is dat niet het geval en kan niet terugvinden waar ik dat in orde kan brengen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If you need your form fillers to get a copy of their data after submission. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Click on Add Email.
- Select Autoresponder Email.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
