    Hey,

    veld 4 is bvb GSM

veld 3 en 4 komen niet uit xls, maar moeten ingevuld worden door vertegenwoordiger.

is dit mogelijk? en zo ja, Hoe.

    Alvast bedankt!

    Hello pccontrole,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Do you mean pre populate form fields from an XLS file? If so, yes it is possible. We have a Spreadsheet to form widget widget that you can use to import your data, but it won't populate the Product List field. Let me show you how to use it:

    • Create a spreadsheet that includes your data in the structure you see below. It's important that the column names in the spreadsheet and field names on the form are the same.

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widgets tab, search for the Spreadsheet to Form widget and add it to your form.

    • In the Widget Settings window that opens up, upload your data file and customize the other options.
    • Then, click on Update Widget.

    • In the final stage, add the fields to view values and name them the same as on the spreadsheet.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Is it possible to create a button next prospect... So that the sales person can see the data prefilled for his next to visit contact?

instead of typing (1) for prospect 1 and 2 for prospect 2... and so on. That he has a button that automatically switches to the next (or previous) prefilled prospect data...

    Kind regards,

    Gert

    Hi  pccontrole,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry but I did not quite understand what you're request is about. Can you give us more information about what you're referring to? Do you want to have a button that automatically redirects the user to their previously prefilled data? We have a Save and Continue Later feature that allows your fillers to save their draft to their account, copy the session link, or have the link sent to their email address. I'll walk you through setting that up:

    1. In Form Builder, select your Submit button’s gear icon to open Properties.
    2. In the properties pane on the right, go to Advanced at the top.
    3. Finally, turn on Save And Continue Later.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi pccontrole,

No, I'm afraid you can only pull out one row from the xls data at a time using the code. you cannot show the xls file as a whole. Instead, would you consider embedding your xls file to your form? You can use the Iframe Embed widget. You can convert your xls file to a Google Spreadsheet and then embed it to your form following our guide How To Embed Spreadsheet in Your Form?

Let us know if this works for you.
