Hi,
https://eu.jotform.com/build/231914055298359 = form
Ik zou graag bijv wanneer mensen bij vraag 1 "betaalde gids" invullen, dan wil ik dat de tag "gids" wordt meegegeven.
Hoe doe ik dat?
Alvast bedankt!
Mvg,
Misha

Hi Misha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in your native language, we can forward your ticket to our Dutch team. But please note that it could take longer to receive a reply.
With that being said, let me assist you with your question. I checked your form and you have enabled calculation values. You can use this feature to assign values to the selection. Instead of numeric values, you can assign a,b,c. Then add a single choice field with these options and use conditions to define it. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select your multiple choice field, and click on the gear icon.
- In Multiple Choice Properties, click on Options tab and scroll down to Calculation values.
- Change the values to a,b,c.
- Click on Add Form elements, in the left side of the screen.
- Select Widgets tab, and add click on Form calculation widget.
- In Form Calculation widget, click on Add filed, then select your multiple choice field and save.
Now we add a single choice field as your tag1 field and use condition to determine the tag value.
- Click on Add form element, on the left side of the screen.
- Then, click on Single choice field.
- Click on the gear icon, in Single Choice Properties click on Options tab and add the a,b,c,d values.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Then, click on Add new Conditions.
- Click on Update/Calculate field.
- Set conditions like you see in the screenshot:
You can now map the tags fields to your active campaign tag. Checkout the screenshot below to see my result:
Take a look at the screencast below to see the results:
Here is my sample form you can check and clone it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- In Form Builder, select your multiple choice field, and click on the gear icon.
