As for your question, you should be able to see that when you view the submission data. You added the option to select specifically on the the product list. Before the respondent submits they would choose the series. The series will be reflected on the Transaction details.

To view the complete transaction details, either click on the data under the column for the product list or click the view button appearing per submission.

The selected series will also appear on the Notifications sent to you.
