Hi Arno,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. Let me answer you in the English language because we do not have available Dutch support as of right now. If you prefer to receive replies in the Dutch language, then I can forward you to our Spanish support.

If you want to share the submission with your respondents who filled out the form, then you can enable the Autoresponder Email. This email alert will be sent to the respondent who completed the form. This email contains a copy of the data that the respondent submitted and you can edit it using the Email Editor. Here's a user guide on how to enable the autoresponder email.

If you want to share the Jotform Table which contains all of the submissions, then it is possible to share it with another user provided that access will be given. Refer to this user guide for more details.
