formulier komt niet aan

Hoi,

Hoe komt het dat het groei/ emotie reset formulier niet verzonden wordt naar het mailadres siwalette.c@2college.nl?

De formulieren doelen stellen en status praesens gaan wel goed namelijk. Kunt u mij helpen?

Bedankt voor het contact opnemen met Jotform Support. U geeft aan dat er geen notificatie gestuurd wordt naar het e-mail adres: siwalette.c@2college.nl wanneer het formulier groei/ emotie reset wordt ingevuld. Ik heb het formulier bekeken en zie in de instellingen dat het notificatie e-mail adres info@ganaarrins.nl is. U kunt het e-mail adres makkelijk aanpassen. Ik zal u laten zien hoe u dit kunt doen.

• Open uw formulier in de Formulier Bouwer en klik op Instellingen in de oranje balk.
• Klik op Emails aan de linker kant.
• Beweeg u muis over de notificatie en klik op het Pen Icoontje.
• Navigeer naar het Ontvangers Tab blad.
• Verander het Email Ontvanger adres.

Probeer het uit en laat even weten of het probleem is opgelost.
