    Kunnen jullie de gebruikersnaam aanpassen naar ns.zakelijk

    Als we de gebruikersnaam aanpassen, heeft dat dan nog effect op formulieren of andere plekken?

I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. We can help you change your username, however, ns.zakelijk cannot be used. Please provide at least 3 username options in order of your preference and we will change it to the first available one. Kindly note that only alphabets, numbers, and underscores are allowed.

    Additionally, please be advised that custom URLs will no longer work once the username is changed; therefore, if you are currently using any, you will need to set it up again by referring to this link.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
