Foutmelding bij bestand toevoegen

Hoi!

wij laten klanten in een jort formulier bestanden toevoegen (foto’s), maar nadat wij het antwoord binnenkrijgen en op het bestand drukken krijgen we een foutmelding. Hoe is dit op te lossen?
