    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to upload attachments to your form and it's easy. Let me show you how:

    • Just click the Add Form Elements under the Build tab.
    • Scroll down and select the File Upload element.
    • To configure the file upload properties, click on the gear icon below.
