Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As our Dutch support is currently not available, we will assist you in English. Often, this issue occurred because your account is by default, requiring you to login in order to view the attachment. As such, if you logged in, the attachment link should be working as normal.
If you wish to download an attachment without logging in, kindly navigate to your Settings, then scroll down until you find Privacy Settings, and uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files.
