Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it's possible to create two forms, then redirect customers from the first form to the second (payment form) after they click on the submit button. These features are available in the free plan but it can only receive up to 10 monthly payment submissions. As you are expecting 500 submissions, I recommend upgrading your plan to at least the Gold plan.
