Beste,
Guy

Hello GuyPalinckxLS,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As our Dutch support is currently busy, kindly allow me to assist you in English. This issue could occur because the configuration to show print and download has yet been enabled. To enable it, please follow the steps below:
- In Jotform Tables, click on Share.
- Click on Share Settings, then scroll down below to find Show print button and Show download button.
- Check the settings and the button should now appear on your colleague's screen.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

HI,
thanks for you reply. I did the settings and now she can download the data, but not printing. The printbutton is not visible.
Also she can't order the colums, it that possible too?
regards
Guy

Hello GuyPalinckxLS,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Please take a look at this guide as well: How to Print Entries in Jotform Tables
If it's still not showing on your side, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
Also, please take a look at our guide, it might help you with ordering the column, How to Add and Organize Columns in Jotform Tables. Please note that you have to remove the read-only option from Collaborator.
Because it is also possible to share tables so that coworkers or others within your organization can collaborate and help manage your form data and also allow others to edit or update the form fields in the Builder. Tables can be public, private, or available only to those within the company. You can set permissions as collaborators to allow collaborators to edit submissions. For more information on how to share tables with others, please visit our guide: How to Share Your Jotform Tables and Collaborate
It won’t matter whether the collaborator has a Jotform account or not. Each collab session will have its own unique session URL that you can be shared with someone else. Please our guide on understanding-form-collaboration for more details about it.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
