Goedemorgen,
Ik probeer https://fieldmanager.jotform.io/ te installeren. Ik moet daarvoor opnieuw inloggen. Echter weet ik mijn wachtwoord niet meer en wanneer ik een nieuw wachtwoord aanvraag, ontvang ik geen bericht in mijn e-mail om dat te doen.

I apologize but our Dutch Support is not available at the moment, thus, I will be responding in English.
I see that your email address is still under a guest account. We only offer one-time log-in for guest accounts. Is there any other email address that you have used to create an account?

The Kiwa account was created by gerard.albrecht@kiwa.nl, but he is no longer working at Kiwa.
I'm admin and in control of the Kiwa jotforms now.

The email address would most likely come from noreply@jotform.com, however for scenarios like these, to receive the password reset email I suggest you also whitelist JotForms IP Addresses and Domains listed here:

However, if you do not have access to the email address associated with the account. We can update the email of the account but for verification purposes, kindly verify the following details correctly.
