Hallo ik heb gister een online bestelling bij Asos gedaan en betaald maar nu blijkt hebben ze niets ontvangen maar het is wel door jullie van mijn rekening gehaald.

ik zou graag mijn terug willen vorderen.
ik heb eventueel screenshots van de bestelling de mailtjes en ook van mijn bankafschrift.
Ik hoop gauw iets van u te horen .

Het is wellicht het beste om contact op te nemen met uw bank.

Wij hebben niets te maken met het innen van geld van derden.

Ik zou het ook nogmaals bij de verkoper proberen, aangezien er wel geld in rekening is gebracht. U heeft de screenshots als bewijs.
