Can we use Jotform for our Funeral forms?

Good afternoon, we have a funeral. When our drivers pick up a deceased person, they fill in a number of forms. This is now happening on paper, we would like to do this digitally via an iPad or laptop. Now our question is can JotForms help us and how? We would like when a form is filled in by our drivers that it is automatically forwarded to our Onedrive. It is best if a new folder is created with a file number, for example. Please note that photos will also be uploaded. I hope you can help me with this.

You may create a web form to fill in the details or if you have a PDF version of your papers, create a smart PDF form to generate an Identical PDF of the Paper when the form is submitted.

We have a OneDrive integration that would connect send the completed submission PDF and uploaded files to OneDrive.

The folder can be set to be named based on different form fields or the submission ID which is generated when the form is filled.
