Ik kom niet meer in mijn eigen formulieren

    Beste,

    Ik hoop dat jullie mij kunnen helpen. Ik kom niet meer in mijn eigen formulieren. Op deze manier kan ik ze ook niet delen met de organisatie zodat alle collega's deze ook kunnen zien. Weten jullie hoe ik dit probleem kan verhelpen?

    What do you mean exactly? You can no longer log in to your Jotform account?

    Upon checking, it seems your account under the email address b.kramer@monsterscore.nl is in good standing, and your forms are regularly active.

    If you forgot your account password and you need to reset it, you can follow the specific procedure:

    It seems like my settings have chanched. I can't find all forms and I don't see my own forms. I have no problems to login.

    Normally I see up to 5 of my own forms and can moce tham to Monsterscore. But I cant see all the forms.

    Hello again,

    It seems you're account is currently on a Free plan.


    Please, keep in mind that if you were on a paid subscription, when you downgrade to the Free plan, you'll only be able to see and use 5 active forms. The extra forms won't be deleted though. They still remain in your account, and you can activate them again, by upgrading back your account.
