overzetten van het formulier

Beste,

Zojuist heb ik een aanmeldingsformulier gemaakt. Maar dit moet naar het account van mijn collega overgezet worden.

Willen jullie dit regelen?

Ik heb van dit formulier een QR code gemaakt die al definitief is gemaakt. blijft de link hetzelfde van het formulier?

Regarding "I have made a QR code of this form that has already been made final. does the link of the form stay the same?"

It depends, if the form QR was published using the original form URL, then the link of the form stay the same, because each form has unique id.

However, if the form QR was published using a custom url, then it will not.

Since the forms were moved, you can test the QR code.
