Ho can I send a prefilled form, to let my customers complete and submit?

Good afternoon,I would like to send an authorization via Jotform, so I would like it if you can already fill in certain details yourself and have the outstanding issues completed by the customer, is that possible?Or it is possible that you already fill in all the data for the customer and that you only have the customer approve the general terms and conditions and digitally sign them.How should you design the form (with/without mandatory fields) and what does Approval flow look like?I look forward to hearing from you, thank you in advance.
