Sending permission partly prefilled.

Ik zou graag een machtiging willen versturen via Jotform dus dan zou ik het fijn vinden als je bepaalde gegevens zelf al kan invullen en de zaken die nog openstaan door de klant laat aanvullen is dat mogelijk?

Of dat het mogelijk is dat je alle gegevens al invult voor de klant en dat je de klant alleen nog maar de algemene voorwaarden laat goedkeuren en digitaal laat ondertekenen.

Hoe moet je dan het formulier ontwerpen (met/zonder verplichte velden) en hoe ziet dan Approval flow eruit?

You can use the Prefill feature that allows you to prefill the form for your users. After you send a link to your user, they add to fill the rest of the form and add the missing information, signatures, apply the terms, etc.

You can easily add a field to your form. You can simply drag fields to your form and that's it. You can also set them as required by right-clicking on desired ones.
