Waar worden de gegevens van Jotform opgeslagen?

Hoi,

Even een vraagje over op welke server onze gegevens staan ivm AVG. We moeten op een europese server onze gegevens hebben en niet op een amerikaanse, omdat we dan niet voldoen aan de avg regelgeving. Kan je zien waar onze gegevens opgelsagen worden?

Jotform is serious about GDPR compliance. If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or engage in business within this region, it is imperative that you maintain your forms and data in the EU Datacenter. The account created within the EU region is automatically set to be compliant with the GDPR and data is stored in our data center in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). When you come outside from the EU, your data will be stored in the US. If you have a non-EU account, there is an option to move your data to the EU too.
