How can we add other recipients in the Notification email

    One of my colleagues receives notifications in his mailbox.
    How can we integrate this for other employees?

    Hi Britt,

    Can you explain more about what you want to happen? Do you want your other employees to also receive the Notification email? If you're using a paid account, you can add multiple recipients, but we recommend adding up to 10 recipients template only. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Emails from the left side window.

    4. From the Recipients tab, enter the other email addresses in the Recipient Email.

    Note that you can't add more than 1 recipient email if you're under the Free/Starter account. We suggest upgrading your account if you want this. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.

    3. Select Upgrade from the left side window.

      a. Select your preferred Payment Schedule.

    Hello Lorevie

    We want someone else to receive the notifcations in their mailbox too.
    I currently do not have access to change things as described in the pictures above.

    Our admin colleague is not at work due to her pregancy, so she cannot add me.
    Is it possible to add me as an admin too so I can follow this up.

    Hi Britt,

    I've given you a guide on how to add you as a Collaborator in your previous ticket here. Your colleague is the only one who can add you as a Collaborator. However, if you need an account that allows multiple users, you can upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team.
