Er staat dat we bijna de betalingsinzending limiet hebben behaald, maar in het bronze abbonnement staat dat op 100. We hebben net 15 betalingen ofzo binnen. Waar kan ik zien hoeveel betalingsinzendingen we dan gehad zouden moeten hebben en vanaf wanneer krijgen we die eerste melding?

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can see that you currently have 70/100 payment submissions. Note that payment submission resets every month. You may also visit our guide to learn more about Jotform's account usage and limits. You can view your monthly reset date under the account usage settings. Let me show you how to:
- In My Forms page, click on your account's avatar in the upper-right corner of the page.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
- Go to Usage tab.
- Beside Monthly Usage, it indicates your monthly limit reset date.

How come the payment submissions are on 70, if I have way less actual payments and submissions in the forms we used? It should be closer to 15, possibly 20 with our testing.

To better check it, we need to access your account but, we need you to change your account's settings. Here's how to do it:
- Access your Account Security Page.
- Scroll down to Jotform Support Access and set the toggle to ON.
Once done, let us know, and we'll be able to access your account to investigate better your issue.
As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Hi SIBleiden,
I investigated on your submissions, and I found 5 payments validated and 14 pending. So I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

I hope it can be fixed and I hope to hear from you soon. We're most likely gonna need more than thirty payments before our reset date for the next month.
