How to display fields results as percentages?

You can use the Form Calculation widget to collect the calculation value for each question, convert it to a percentage, and then display it on the Thank You page. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's add a Calculation Value for each question's options:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of your question field.
2. Click on the Options tab.
3. Toggle on the Calculation Values.
4. Enter the calculation value for each option.

Now, let's calculate those values using the Form Calculation widget:

1. Click on Add Element on the upper left side of the page.

2. Click on the Widgets tab.
3. Drag and drop a Form Calculation widget on your form.

4. Click on the Wand icon of your Form Calculation widget.

5. Follow the pattern of the Form Calculation settings below:

Take note that the value "5" in the formula represents the number of questions in the field. You can change it depending on the number of questions you've added to your form. Once done, let's display that value on your Thank You page:

1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. Click inside your Thank You Page.
4. Click on Add Field.
5. Click on the Plus Sign icon next to your Form Calculation field.
