Fillable PDF version of the form is blank

Hi! Ik probeer mijn bestand PDF te downloaden, wanneer ik dit doe krijg ik een witbeeld. Het is mij eerder wel gelukt om dit te doen en kreeg ik gwn een goed invulbaar PDF-bestand. Nu krijg ik alleen maar wit beeld.

Now, coming back to your question, I've cloned your form and I tried to download its fillable PDF version from the Form Builder.

I could replicate the issue, the PDF is blank.

I've created a ticket and escalated it to our Developer's team. As soon as we hear back from them, we’ll update you here on this thread.
