If this is the case, please note, Jotform only supplies a Form Builder, and users can make forms as per their requirements. If you can share the form URL, which you filled last night, we can help you to check in more details. It is also suggested to directly contact with the person who shared the form URL with you, or if the form was on a website, you can reach to their support team regarding it.
