Jotform en HubSpot: Bedrijven worden niet aangemaakt

Ik ondervind momenteel een probleem met de integratie tussen Jotform en HubSpot. Wanneer een formulier wordt ingevuld via Jotform, worden de contactgegevens correct doorgestuurd naar HubSpot, maar het bijbehorende bedrijf wordt niet automatisch aangemaakt in HubSpot.

Ik heb alle instellingen gecontroleerd en het lijkt erop dat de integratie correct is opgezet, maar het gewenste resultaat blijft uit. Zou u mij kunnen helpen om dit probleem te verhelpen? Graag zou ik willen weten of er specifieke stappen zijn die ik mogelijk heb gemist, of dat er extra configuraties nodig zijn om ervoor te zorgen dat bedrijven automatisch worden aangemaakt wanneer een formulier wordt ingevuld.

Now, coming back to your question, to clarify one of your form fields is not passed to Hubspot? Or do you want to create a deal? Can you explain a bit about how you want the hubspot integration to work? Can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

Unfortunately, you can only connect the HubSpot integration to your contacts in Jotform. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As a workaround, is to use Zapier to connect Jotform and Hubspot. You can check out this link in connecting Jotform and HubSpot companies.
