Als er formulieren zijn ingevuld krijg ik een mail als notivicatie.
Echter heb ik ingesteld dat de persoon die de formulieren invult ook een mail moet krijgen. Maar dit gebeurd niet, tevens beland de mail ook niet in de spam.
Hoe kan dit opgelost worden?

While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Dutch Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and see that you have an Autoresponder set to send emails to your form-fillers; however, I checked all 2 forms on your account and see that you don't have any submissions yet to send an Autoresponder Email. Are you perhaps referring to a form on another Jotform account? Please share its URL and the recipient that didn't receive the Autoresponder Email so we can check.
Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.

Dag Sonny,
De autoresponder moet reageren op het formulier zelf. Ik verwijs niet naar een ander formulier op Jotform.
Als ik zelf het formulier invul krijg ik wel de mails. Vult iemand anders het in krijgt hij/of zij geen mailtjes ter bevestiging.
Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?

Can you point us to the form that's not sending emails to form-fillers? Also, can you allow us to test submit it? We'll see if we can receive the Autoresponder Email.

Het gaat om beide formulieren het contactformulier en het toestemmingsformulier.
U mag beide testen

I tested your Contactgegevens form, everything was working properly. I was able to get the email, take a look at the screenshot below:
Can you test again your form? This time, please try to use an email address with a different email domain.
