Beste Jotform,
Ik heb nu 3 formulieren aangemaakt. Bij alle 3 komt het formulier netjes binnen op info@aquasfeer.nl, maar als ik het formulier dan invul, komt de mail niet aan.
Kunnen jullie dit voor ons oplossen?

Dear Jotform,
I have now created 3 forms. In all 3, the form comes in nicely at info@aquasfeer.nl. But when I fill out the form (because I want to use it), the mail does not arrive at info@aquasfeer.nl.
Can you solve this for us? I have checked all settings, but can't find anything wrong.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you share the link to the form you're referring to, so I can check it out and see what’s going on? Also, can you confirm if you submitted the form or only used the Test button? Can you also check your Email history if the email for that submission was tagged as Sent? Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.
2. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
3. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

Hi Chrisine,
I followed your steps and see that emails have been sent, but they are not arriving.
So when I hit the test button, the form does arrive (the empty test form), but when we actually use and fill out the form, it doesn't arrive.

Hi Eline,
I could regularly find the notification email being sent from our mail servers. You can check it here. If you didn't receive it, most likely your email provider is filtering out emails coming from Jotform. As a test, you can try to replace the Notification Email's recipient with a Gmail email address. If you regularly get the email on Gmail, it will be a confirmation that your email provider at "aquasfeer.nl" is filtering out our emails and you'll need to reach out to them asking to whitelist our domains and IPs.
Another step you can take, is using your own email server to send out your form's emails. Doing so, you won't have any filtering issues. To do that:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page.
2. Then, from the menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Click on the Add Sender Email button.4. Now, enter the information as you see below:
5. When you're finished, click on the Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on Save Email. If not, please check the details again and correct any errors.
6. Now, open the Notification Email on your form.
7. Click on the Advanced tab.
8. Scroll down and select your newly added sender from the Sender Email menu.
9. Click on the Save button at the bottom, to save the changes.Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Eline,
The SMTP Authentication Error usually shows up when incorrect credentials were entered while setting up SMTP. Most of the time, it's the password being entered, which should be an App generated password from the email domain's server. You can test your credentials using the SMTP Test Tool. Also, may I know if you're using Microsoft 365? Unfortunately, The said program has been depreciated, and we don't have a custom configuration that can be used when setting up SMTP. Have you tried whitelisting Jotform's IP, as suggested by my colleague, Marco? Also, if you can use a different SMTP, please try it as well.
