Goedemorgen,
Groeten
Guy

Hi Guy,
Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand your question, but I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
In the meantime, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Hi Guy,
Thanks for using Jotform. Yes, you can set up a condition to arrange the date of a purchase. With the condition, you can prevent the user from creating an order if there are less than 7 days between the day they selected for the order and today. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
2. Drag and drop the Date Picker into your form and click on the Gear icon.
3. On the menu opens at the right of the page, click on the Options tab and select Current Default Date.
4. Then, click on Advanced tab and toggle on the Hide Field option.
Now, let's set up the purchase order day:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
2. Drag and drop the Date Picker element into your form. Let your customer fill this field.
Now, let's find the day between these date fields:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page and under the Widgets tab, drag and drop the Form Calculation widget.
2. In the Form Calculation Widget menu opens on the right side of the page, click on Add field.
3. Select the Purchase date field that your customer will fill in and the Current Date field as I show you below and click on Save.
4. Click on Calculation field and then, click on the Gear icon.
5. In the menu opens on the right of the screen, under the Advanced tab, toggle on the Hide field option.
Now let's create a condition that checks if the order date is 7 days before today:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the page and select Show/Hide field condition option.
3. Now, fill the condition as I show you below and click on Save (Day Calculation field is a Calculation widget that added in the 4th step):
You can see my result in the screencast below:
Finally, let's put 50 as the stock limit for your product:
1. Click on your product list and then click on Shopping Cart icon.
2. In the menu opens on the right side of the page, hover your mouse over your form and click on the Pencil icon.
3. Click on the Stock tab in the menu and set your stock as 50.
4. Click on Save.
Thus, when you run out of 50 products, an order will not be able to be placed even if the order day arrives.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
