    Kunnen jullie zien wat de status is van ons Jotform betalingen?

    Ons jotform formulier werkt namelijk niet meer sinds deze ochtend.....

    Kan het zo zijn dat het iets met de betaling te maken heeft?

    Zo niet, kunnen jullie zien wat er dan mis is?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your 3 forms, but it's currently not integrated with any of our payment gateways. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Did you encounter any errors on your forms? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    However, we've found that we did pay, so there must be another issue.

    We still didn't receive any response. Can you please take a look at this?

    Hi bedrijfsbureau,

    Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you perhaps referring to having an issue upgrading your plan? I also checked the spreadsheet link you have provided, but it currently requires access permission. If you can set it to Public so we can check and further investigate what is happening.
