Hallo, ik heb een vragenlijst massage en cupping aangemaakt en dat komt tevoorschijn, als ik op publiceren druk dan krijg ik een melding Form over quota.
This form has exceeded its allocated quota.
Kunt u mij helpen?
Met vriendelijke groeten, Irina

Hi massagecuppingtreatments,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Coming back to your question, it looks like you've already reached your account's monthly sign document limit, which causes the form to display an error message about exceeding the allocated quota. Now, as for how you've reached the limit, it's because you have the Sign Automation enabled in your forms, so submissions made are count towards the sign document limit as well.
Unfortunately, you will have to wait for your account's monthly reset. You can go to your account's usage page, to know when it will occur to yours. Let me walk you through it:
1. In your account click on the Avatar/Profile thumbnail at the top-right side of the blue navigation bar.
2. Click on Settings from the dropdown list.
3. Select Usage from the left side menu.
4. There you will see your account's monthly reset date.
Moving forward, to prevent submissions count towards that limit, you will have to disable the Sign Automation in your forms. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.
2. Next, select Jotform Sign from the left side menu.
3. Lastly, disable Jotform Sign Automation.
Reach out to us again if you have any other questions.

Hi massagecuppingtreatments,
The Form Builder is where you can edit your form. Let me show you how you can access it:
- On your My Forms page, select the form that you want to enter the Form Builder of.
- Then, click on Edit from the corner of the page. That's it. You are now on the Form's Form Builder page.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
