Populate the second field based on the selection on the first field

Ik wil een formulier waarbij in stap 1 5 keuzes worden geselecteerd uit 25 keuzes.

Die 5 keuzes moeten in stap 2 worden getoond om nog eens 3 keuzes uit te nemen.

Die 3 keuzes moeten gerangschikt worden.

I checked our available widgets and fields but unfortunately, you cannot be able to dynamically populate a field based on the selection from the other fields. You can just select an option on your first field and conditionally select it on the second field. Check out this demo form. You can also take a look at our Spreadsheet to Form widget if this can also be an alternative to your requirements.
