Hi Timo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can add a QR code to your form's Autoresponder Email, which will be sent to the form submitter by adding the code below to the Autoresponder Email's source code:
<img src="https://qrcode.tec-it.com/API/QRCode?data=https://jotform.com/submission/{id}" alt="Your unique QR code0" width="150" height="150" />
Let me show you how to add it to the Autoresponder Email:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar in the upper part of the page, and go to Emails.
- Hover your mouse over Autoresponder 1, and click on the pencil icon.
- Click on the Source Code icon >_ in the upper part of the table, and scroll down to the bottom.
- Enter the given code above, click on OK, then on Save.
Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
