Tables: tabs order randomly shuffled automatically

    Hi,

I'd like to report an additional issue. Occasionally, the order of the tabs in our table gets shuffled randomly. This disrupts our workflow because only the table's creator has the authority to rearrange the tabs, and they are not always available. Below is the desired order of the tabs:

    And here the shuffled tabs:

Could running Jotform on a dedicated server at the enterprise level be a solution?

    Hi Alexander,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I've checked your Tables and I was able to see in in the same order as the first screenshot.Tables: tabs order randomly shuffled automatically Image 1 Screenshot 20

It may have been a temporary or intermittent issue. If this happens again, can you give us more details about it? Also, a screen recording while replicating the issue could give us a better understanding of the issue. You can use Loom to make a screen recording and post the link in your next reply.

As for the Enterprise server, with this plan more features and dedicated support is provided. It may be that a dedicated server could help you with all your management needs. You can check out this page to contact our Enterprise Team.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Joseph,

Correct, we manually corrected the order of the tabs to the one we require because the table is used on a daily basis. Our planners can't work properly if the table is not in the right order because they lose a lot of time searching. We have made screenshots in the past of the right order so we can quickly reorder the table. What more information would you like to have about the issue? It happens 1-2 times a month since we've been using Jotform (2 years). We don't know how to replicate the issue and haven't identified any trigger that causes the problem.

I can't imagine that this is an isolated issue. Are we the only ones having this problem?

    Kind regards,

    Alexander

    Hi Alexander,

I couldn't identify any possible reason for it except for a temporary issue with the automatic refresh of the tabs. We didn't receive any other report about this issue and we could not replicate it.

You can monitor the situation and, in case it happens again, let us know and we'll investigate further. Also, if this happens again, contact us before reordering the tabs so we can further check.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
