ActiveCampaign-integratie: waarom krijg ik de foutmelding 'Voer een geldige API-URL in'?

    Ik wil mijn fomrulier koppelen aan Active Campaign en ik vul mijn api url en sleutel in, maar dan krijg ik deze melding: Please enter a valid API URL with https.

    In mijn active campaign staat geen https. voor mij API URL??

    Wat nu? Kunnen jullie mij helpen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly when I entered the API key and URL of our test ActiveCampaign account. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you ensure that the right API URL is copied from your ActiveCampaign account then try it again and see how it goes. We also have a guide about How To Integrate ActiveCampaign With Your Form that you can check out. If you run into the same issue, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
