Beste,
Momenteel hebben wij een goud Abbonement, maar dit wil ik graag downgraden naar gratis, omdat het de komende maanden niet gebruikt zal worden. Het formulier is bedoeld voor inschrijving van een jaarlijks evenement.
Als ik nu voor Downgraden kies, blijven de 649 ingevulde formulieren dan wel beschikbaar ter inzage?

Now, coming back to your question, when downgrading your account, your 655 submissions will be reduced to 500, removing the oldest submissions on your account. This is because Starter plan has a limit of only 500 submissions maximum. Then it automatically removes the oldest submission once a new submission arrives in the account.
So if you plan to downgrade, I suggest that you download your data first. This guide will show you how to download your data to Excel or CSV. Another method that you can do is to get a copy of your data transmitting it to Google Sheets, through the Google Sheets integration.
