Now, coming back to your question, I recalculated the upload space of your account. However, It seems that you have 124.92 MB of uploaded items in your account, which exceeds the upload space limit of the free plan (100 MB). If you have deleted the submission, it will go to the trash. We need to delete it permanently to free up some space. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
- Select the Trashed entries option.
3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
4. Click the Delete Forever button.
5. Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and recalculated the Upload Space. It is now at 52.46 MB, so I've gone ahead and activated the account. You should now be able to use the forms now.
