Product List: Separate order details in different columns

ik wil mijn formulier naar een excel bestand overzetten maar als ik dat nu doe zie ik geen namen er bij staan maar id nummers en ik wil gewoon overzichtelijk met naam en aantal tickets.

kunnen jullie mij verder helpen.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Since the Product List is considered one field, its data is put in one cell. Unfortunately, there's no option to put the data into separate columns. The workaround is to utilize the split-to-column feature for Excel. You can follow the steps in this guide to do that.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.  I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
