App not opening on iOS device

    goede dag,

    Ik ben eens gestart met testen van jullie software voor bouwen van een app.

    Heb alleen het probleem dat ik op apple iOS apparaten problemen heb met het inladen ervan.

    Krijg alleen foutmeldingen of hij opent kort en sluit zich af.

    Komt dit door dat het een free versie is of doe ik iets fout?

Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, can you send us the link to your App, so I can check it out and see what’s going on? Also, could you provide your device details and the iOS version you're using?

    i have test it on a iOS 17.4.1 it wil load not or when it is load its go offline

    Thanks for getting back to us. Are you referring to the Event Registration App? If so, I tested it and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:

    Can you try changing your network connection? If you're using Wi-Fi please try opening the app using mobile data or vice versa. If the same thing happens again, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
