Hallo, Ik heb een mail gekregen dat mijn upload limit vol is, ik heb een hele hoop weggegooid en ook de prullenbak heb ik leeg gemaakt. Nu blijkt dat niets te veranderen in mijn upload limit, hij blijft vol zitten.
Nu heb ik op het forum gelezen dat mijn account herteld moet worden door jullie? Kan dat kloppen?
Ik hoop zo dat ik dit kan blijven gebruiken. Jullie formulieren zijn super!
Ik hoor/lees graag wat ik zou moeten doen, helaas zit een betaald abbonnement er niet in voor mij.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and your file upload storage is at 85.16 MB. You will have to delete submissions with file upload to free up space. The Inschrijving Kampioenschapsclubmatch CFVN form has 52 trashed entries. Please note that deleted submissions are soft deleted and will remain in the system for 30 days in case you need to restore them. If you want to permanently delete the submissions in the trash to free up upload space, then you will need to purge the submissions. Let me show you how:
1.In Jotform Table, click the three dots beside the form name and select Trashed entries.
2. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
3. Click Delete Forever.
4. Lastly, click Delete to confirm that submissions will be permanently deleted.

Thank you very much for your fast awnser.
English is fone by me, no problem at all.
I have deleted the files in the trash, so hopefully its solved for now.
Can you please check if i have space availeble now?
