Ik zoek een manier om 1 mail te sturen naar iedereen die inschreef via het formulier, indien mogelijk zonder de adressen zichtbaar te maken. Is dit mogelijk en zo ja hoe?

Now, coming back to your question, yes, it is possible to send an email to all of your form fillers after they have submitted the form. You can use the Jotform table and add the email button, then choose auto-responder email, so your form fillers can get the email in their inbox from you. If you are using noreply@jotform.com as the sender of emails, then noreply@jotform.com will be visible in their emails. You can also edit the email template as per your needs.

Here are the steps you can follow to create email button for the auto-responder emails.

1. On your My Forms page, select your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
2. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and go to the Buttons tab.
3. Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and select the Email template.
4. Now, just click on Create and you're done.
