Hoe breng ik een veld in 'niet van toepassing' in?

Beste

Ik wens een enquêteformulier te maken, waar ik een beoordelingsschaal maak van 1 (ontevreden) tot 5 (heel tevreden), maar er nog een extra veld waarop 'niet van toepassing' geldt wens toe te voegen.

Verder maakte ik een idem beoordelingsschaal met 6 velden van 'helemaal oneens' tot helemaal eens, maar kon ook 'Niet van toepassing of geen zicht op' toevoegen. Hoe krijg ik de juiste waarde overeenstemmend met de kolom?

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an NA option in the Scale Rating field element. The options are based on a range between the lowest and highest value specified in the field property. I will actually suggest using Input Table, but it seems like you're already using it. You can use Calculation Value to get the values of your Input Table. Let me show you how it's done:

1. In Form Builder, click the Input Table Element, then click the Gear Icon. 
2. Click the Option tab, and on Calculation Values field, type the corresponding values that will be used in calculations. That's it.
